With Over Two Decades of Experience of hands-on experience in EXIM, logistics, and supply chain operations, S. Shanmugam founded Vidhai EXIM Consulting to help businesses reduce recurring shipment delays through practical, collaborative process improvement.

Across his career, he has worked directly with shipment handling, customs documentation, compliance processes, and operational execution — coordinating across multiple stakeholders including CHAs, shipping lines, port authorities, and internal teams.

He has led EXIM and supply chain functions through periods of significant growth — scaling operations as company turnover expanded multifold, while maintaining compliance integrity and operational discipline.

His approach is built on a simple belief: most shipment delays are not random. They are shaped by the process. And what is shaped, can be reshaped.
